Managing Director
A winemaker, international wine judge, Vice President of VINOFED, and the founder of Borkult and our events. As Managing Director and international judge, he laid the strong foundations on which we continue to build today. While Zoltán was once actively involved in every detail, in his leadership role he now focuses on mentoring, setting direction, and ensuring the team works together in harmony.
PINTÉR András
IT AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
András is the driving force behind our finances, coordinating invoicing, banking, and accounting preparation while closely monitoring income and expenses. EVENT PLANNER, TECHNICAL AND EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR
Márton is the driving force behind the scenes of our events. He coordinates exhibitors, plans and oversees the construction and dismantling of installations, and is responsible for the smooth and seamless execution of our wine competitions. He pays close attention to even the smallest details to ensure that, by the time the event begins, everything comes together exactly as we envisioned.

GRAPHICS AND DESIGN
Laci is the creative force behind our visual identity, designing the look and feel of our events, publications, and communication materials. He ensures a cohesive, modern, and memorable presence across all platforms. For branding, on-site visuals, or creative content needs, he’s the person to contact.
HORVÁTH Márton
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Marci specializes in the VIP areas of our wine festivals, focusing on creating premium guest experiences. He is responsible for managing key clients, planning VIP receptions, and shaping the festival’s gastronomic offering, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding atmosphere and complete guest satisfaction.
PÁLFY Ildikó
OFFICE MANAGEMENT, FINANCE - ACCOUNT
Ildi is the heart of our office, keeping daily operations, administration, and all behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. She can help with banking, client and invoicing preparation, and supplier matters, and is also your go-to person if you’re interested in working as a student at one of our major events.
