1. Enter your wines (Deadline: 20 March 2026)
Online entry
- Visit our entry site - vinagora.winecompass.hu
- Register or login to your account
- Fill out the entry forms and submit your application to the competition. You can choose your preferred payment method.
- According to the fee request sent after registration you can easily pay the entry fee.
- The delivery label generated at the end of the online entry, affixed to the individual wine boxes.

2. Shipping samples (deadline: 20 March, 2026)
Number of bottles
Please send at least 3 bottles (minimum 2 liters) of each sample to the address below. If you would like us to use your wines for additional marketing purposes, such as public tastings at our events or VinAgora tastings, please supplement the minimum required 3 bottles with at least 1 more bottle. Packaging must be as used in the commercial distribution of the wine.

Shipping from outside the European Union
If you are sending wine from outside the European Union, please make sure to pay all duties (taxes, tariffs and fares) related to your delivery. To do that, please specify a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) transaction with your transportation partner if possible. If it is not possible, then we will send you an invoice with all costs of tax and tariff duties after the delivery has been executed.

* Due to European legislation, the organisers of an international event held in Hungary are obliged to add 27 % tax (VAT in Hungary) to fees paid by all Hungarian participants, as well as those from the European Community (EEA) who do NOT submit a VAT number. VAT invoice is sent once the payment is received.
** When registering VinAgora International Wine Competition 2025 the enrolment fee is charged once to the applicant regardless how many samples are entered by the applicant.
*** Amount to be paid after each sample that is enterred to the competition.
